Izabela & Gary Greenfield Wedding at Shepstone Gardens

Splendid Affairs had the privilege of styling Izabela and Gary’s wedding at Shepstone Gardens. I am so excited to share this beautiful wedding with you.

This wedding took place at the end of October, which falls into that brief period in the year when Peony is available in South Africa. In fact it was the first week Peonies appeared at the flower market, and here is the most coveted bridal bouquet of the season:

Bridesmaid bouquets were made out roses, coronation and orchids. The design was soft, streamline and elegant.

The colours of the wedding were different shades of purple. Both the bride and the groom felt strongly that the wedding must be elegant and have timeless quality.

Izabela loves Orchids, thus we used the Orchid element throughout- in the bouquets, flower arrangements and stationery design.

The stationery was made by Chrystalace. The bride and the groom chose to name their tables after the various foreign and local towns they visited together.
